Once a girl reaches puberty, and ovulation and the menstrual cycle begins, the breasts start to mature by forming the secretion glands at the inner ends of the milk ducts. Initially these glands are very primitive, consisting of only one or two layers of cells surrounded by base membrane.

Between this membrane and the glandular cells are others, called myo-epithelial cells, these are the ones that contract and squeeze milk from the glands when pregnancy occurs and milk production takes place.

With further growth, the lobes of the glands become separated from one another by dense connective tissue and fat deposits.

"It's working, definitely!  I had to go off for a bit because of too hectic a summer (one month) schedule, but now I'm back and I already fit into another size of a bra.
May I safely exercise more than the recommended time?  Will this make growth occur faster? When I started, I was 32A at best.  Now, I am a solid 34A and on my way to 34B.
What is ultimately realistic, given diligent exercise:  34C or maybe even 36 something?  I know you cannot guarantee and I don't desire you to do so, but any thoughts?  I plan to do these exercises for nine months and then, of course, to maintain.
