It's working, definitely! I had to go off for a bit because of too
hectic a summer (one month) schedule, but now I'm back and I already fit
into another size of a bra. I wonder about the top of the breasts.
It seems they are not as full as everything else. Am I doing
something wrong? Also, may
I safely exercise more than the recommended time? Will this
make growth occur faster? when I started, I was 32A at best.
Now, I
am a solid 34A and on my way to 34B. What is ultimately realistic,
given diligent exercise: 34C or maybe even 36 something? I
know you cannot guarantee and I don't desire you to do so, but any
thoughts?
I plan to do these exercises for nine months and then, of
course, to maintain.

Also, I am seeing improvement. They
are firmer and fit into my bra better. I have a measured improvement
of 1/2 an inch. However, my initial problem was droop due to weight loss.
I'm grateful for the breasts I have. At 121 lbs. gone and counting
they could be so much worse. Still, how do I lift them. Only
one or two exercises specifically mention lift. Both require two hands.
Which exercises can I do with one hand that will lift?
I forgot to let you know that the program
has also helped with my fibrocystic breast disease. They hurt so much less
than they used to - which means a lot to me. However, sometimes the
area where the cyst was is tender after or towards the end of exercising.
I'm assuming this is a good thing, that the bad tissue is being dissolved.
I'm really glad that I took this chance. It, so far, has been one of
the best decisions in my life.
I'm gaining confidence and am in less pain.

recently purchased your program and have a few questions and comments...
Do I exercise 6 days and rest on the 7th? I noticed a reference to six
days of exercise per week in your manual. I am experiencing no pain and in fact my bras are feeling very snug....I am
currently a 36 C-D, my breasts have always been very wide and droopy with all
the fullness on the bottom and almost flat on the top of my breast (Since
nursing) and I see that they are becoming more centered and firm.
Funny thing, last night I tried to wear a blouse that was not especially loose
or tight before and now it is quite snug across my breasts.... How
delightful.!!!.... Guess I will have to start thinking about a new wardrobe and
bras for that matter.....

I am a woman of 52 and have been doing
your exercise program diligently for the past four to five years. My
breasts are firmer than most young girls breasts are in the 20 year age
group.
I have no lumps in my breasts whatsoever, I had some small lumps before
beginning with the program.
My cleavage has been admired by many of my friends, I have lost a lot of
weight over the past two years, however my breasts have become smaller but
I have not lost the firm, youthful appearance and have no stretch marks.

I
just started the program
about 3 days ago and I am experiencing the sensitivity that is mentioned. If I
skip a day to allow my breasts to recover will that harm my efforts. Also, is it
necessary always to do them daily (even on my period week when my breasts are
always much more sensitive and even painful) until the end of the
number of weeks suggested or can I take that time off until my period ends.
At the end of the number of weeks mentioned for the program, how do I set up a
maintenance program? Even after only three days I find myself pleased with
the efforts. I try to do the exercises for six minutes, but because of a painful
muscular condition in my arms I find that I can only do it for three minutes per
exercise once a day. I know you suggest twice a day for three minutes, but it is
not always possible. I take things one day at a time. Please write back and
advise me. Thanks.
Just a short note to say that I am very
impressed with the results of the exercise program so far. I have
developed from a 28 cup to a 32 cup bra in a matter of three weeks.
