BREAST HEALTH & FITNESS IS COMPLETELY NEGLECTED BY THE AVERAGE FEMALE.


Each of the exercises in the following brief descriptions will strengthen and firm the breasts and provide the specific advantage of the exercise.  Regular exercise is excellent therapy for the breasts and promotes development in size, firms the breast tissue and increases the general health and fitness of the breast.  As with any other exercise that you may be doing and it is done correctly there are no adverse side effects, the benefits achieved will be permanent.  Furthermore woman's breast care is completely neglected in the health department the major cause for the statistics on breast cancer, this of course could all have been prevented with exercise. It seems as though most women simply ignore the threat of breast cancer or a mastectomy!

Exercise one:   DAILY HEALTH ROUTINE.

Remove or dissolve breast lumps, improve suppleness and increase blood circulation. The improved blood circulation in the breast will remove or prevent any build-up of Benign Tissue in the minute tubes of the breast tissue thus preventing the prospect of breast cancer in future.

Exercise Two:   IMPROVEMENT OF BREAST LENGTH.

Enhances the shape of the breasts, progressively adding bulk to the sides of the breasts, also improves blood circulation and adds suppleness to the outer curve.

Exercise Three:   UPLIFTING OF THE BREAST.

Promotes general enlargement, progressively adds bulk and size to the lower part of the breasts, improves the blood circulation as well as strength and suppleness to the lower curve.

Exercise Four:   REMOVES STRETCH MARKS.

Adds bulk and increases the size of the breasts, improving blood circulation and suppleness of  the central  curve. Regular application of a deep penetrating texture cream is excellent for the breasts and promotes firming.

Exercise Five:   GENERAL ENLARGEMENT AND FIRMING.

Strengthens and enlarges the tissue, tubes and glands within the breast with improved blood circulation. The added bulk naturally holds additional blood volume in the breast. This exercise promotes an all round enlargement in the size of the breasts, and assists in the natural development of the breasts.

Exercise Six:   NIPPLE DEVELOPMENT.

Develops the nipples and rectifies the problem of inverted nipples.

Exercise Seven:  BREAST STRETCHING.

Strengthens, firms and enhances the underside of the breasts. Promotes general improvement, suppleness and improves blood circulation.

Exercise Eight:   DEVELOP THE BREAST TOWARDS THE CENTER OF THE CHEST.

Improves the cleavage between the breasts.

Exercise Nine:   DEVELOP THE BREASTS AWAY FROM UNDER THE ARMS.

Firms and enhances the breasts along the outer side from under the armpits to the front.

Exercise Ten:  PROVIDES THE MOST IMPORTANT BREAST GROWTH.

Commence doing this exercise only after three weeks of regular therapy, first making sure that your breasts have been strengthened considerably and become accustomed to being exercised. This exercise forces blood to the forward area of the breast, enlarging, enhancing and developing a well rounded breast. It  improves the circulation, opens up the veins, arteries, blood vessels and glands, assists in removing any build up of Benign Hyperplasia.

Exercise Eleven:  MAJOR ENLARGEMENT OF THE INNER BREAST.

This exercise is a continuation of exercise five and is a follow up of exercise ten. With exercises five and ten, you have strengthened the veins, arteries, blood vessels and glands with light pressure being applied to the breasts. We now take one step further by applying strenuous pressure on the breast tissue by forcing the blood into the nipple area. This exercise promotes well rounded and evenly developed breasts, with  improved blood circulation and an overall improvement in breast function and appearance.

Exercise Twelve:   IMPROVE THE STRENGTH OF THE PECTORAL MUSCLE.

Firms and strengthens the pectoral chest muscles from under the armpits and above the breasts, and to help  prevent sagging of the breasts in later years.

Exercise Thirteen:   IMPROVE THE STRENGTH OF THE CHEST MUSCLE.

Firms and strengthens the chest muscles above, and  on the sides of the breasts.

As you carry out this exercise programme, please feel free to organize the sequence in which you do the exercises to suit your circumstances.  However; only apply exercises ten and eleven after three and six weeks of regular exercise,  as these two exercises are too harsh to be administered to the breasts when you commence with exercise.

If you persevere with regular exercise as well as applying the deep penetrating texture cream, you will achieve the truly amazing results that you long for: Firm, well shaped and  healthy breasts!
